Jessie J

Jessica Ellen Cornish, popularly known as Jessie J, is a well-known English artist and singer. Jessie became famous early on for her unusual music style that incorporates soul vocals with hip-hop and pop with electropop. She has received awards like the 2011 Critics' Choice Brit Award and BBC's Sound of 2011 as well as numerous nominations. Jessie began her professional career in the age of 11 when she was in the production of "Whistle Down the Wind' by English composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. She then joined the National Youth Music Theater and was part of their 2002 production"The Late Sleepers". The album she released her debut "Who You Are" was launched in February of 2011.
